Rajeev Kumar is the Founder and Managing Director of Nirmanshila Construction, a company he established in 2018 with a clear vision — to build with integrity and deliver with excellence. With over 7 years of hands-on experience in industrial and civil construction, Rajeev has led the company from a startup to one of the trusted names in RCC chimney and silo construction across India.
His journey in the construction industry is defined by a strong work ethic, deep technical knowledge, and a relentless focus on quality. From personally supervising construction sites to managing large teams across multiple states, Rajeev brings a ground-up understanding of every aspect of industrial construction.
Under his leadership, Nirmanshila Construction has successfully completed and is currently executing projects for some of India's leading industrial companies — spanning power plants, sugar mills, cement plants, steel industries, and ethanol plants across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Orissa, and Uttar Pradesh.
Established the company in Muzaffarnagar, UP with a focus on industrial construction and RCC chimney works. Started with a small but skilled team committed to quality delivery.
Secured and successfully delivered early industrial chimney and silo projects, building a strong reputation for timely execution and structural quality across South India.
Expanded operations across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, West Bengal, and Orissa. Delivered projects for MSPL Limited (120m chimney), Bengal Energy Ltd., and multiple sugar mills and cement plants.
Diversified into Jal Nigam water infrastructure projects, road construction, overhead water tanks, and tile works.
Rajeev Kumar leads by example. He is known for being present on-site during critical phases of construction, personally ensuring that safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines are met without compromise. His hands-on approach has earned the trust of clients, workers, and industry partners alike.
